Standard Route is 8.0 miles
- right on Riverway, right on Weston Road, right into Tixall Road , muster at Perkins first muster
- continue on Tixall Road, to traffic lights with Blackheath Lane second muster (standard run start)
- Up Hanyards Lane muster at Upper Hanyards Farm third muster
- take right hand gate cross field to large stone wall, follow this to the pink house and lane to Weston Road fourth muster
- left towards Stafford, cross road into County Show Ground Car park, follow footpaths until left corner of Beacon Hill wood fifth muster
- follow footpath to Beacon Farm, follow drive to Weston Road, turn left, cross at pedestrian crossing, left to round about, right towards town, muster at entrance to hospital sixth muster
- continue toward town, cross at pedestrian crossing at Littleworth shops, right to wards town, left at Riverway, return to the club
Short Route is 6.64 miles
- right on Riverway, right on Weston Road, right into Tixall Road , muster at Perkins first muster
- continue on Tixall Road, to traffic lights with Blackheath Lane second muster (long run start)
- left into Blackheath Lane, left on Weston Road muster at round about. third muster
- cross with care down Beaconside to Sandon Road Junction forth muster
- down Sandon Road, at Shell petrol station, left down footpath to Corporation Street fifth muster
- left into Corporation Street, left at Prospect Road, right into Corporation Street backs, at Weston Road sixth muster
- CROSS WITH CARE, into Riverway, back to the club
