Summer Route 9

Standard Route is 7.47 miles

  1. right on Riverway, cross the road with care, down the stairs to the river footpath, left to Fairway, at MRI take footpath to long bridge, at the canal, first muster
  2. Right along canal to Deptmore lock, second muster
  3. Continue along to ActonTrussell, third muster (extra long start)
  4. Return along canal to Wildwood Marina, fourth muster
  5. continue along canal to Radford Bank, up stairs to road right along Lichfield Road at Meadows roundabout fifth muster
  6. continue back to the club

Short Route is 5.45 miles

  1. right on Riverway, cross the road with care, down the stairs to the river footpath, left to Fairway, at MRI take footpath to long bridge, at the canal, first muster
  2. right along canal to Deptmore lock, second muster (long run start)
  3. return along canal to Radford Bank, third muster
  4. up stairs to road right along Lichfield Road at St Leoanards fourth muster
  5. continue back to the club

Extra Long Route is 8.51 miles

  1. right on Riverway, cross the road with care, down the stairs to the river footpath, left to Fairway, at MRI take footpath to long bridge, at the canal, first muster
  2. Right along canal to Deptmore lock, second muster
  3. Continue along to ActonTrussell, third muster
  4. Loop of the village fourth muster at canal bridge
  5. Return along canal to Wildwood Marina, fifth muster
  6. continue along canal to Radford Bank, up stairs to road right along Lichfield Road at Meadows roundabout sixth muster
  7. continue back to the club
