Summer Route 16

Standard Route is 7.73 miles

  1. right into River Way, right into Weston Road, right into Tixall Road, first muster at Wolseley Road (start start route)
  2. continue down Tixall Road, left into Blackheath Lane, left down Weston Road to University round about, second muster
  3. down Beaconside to Sandon Road, third muster
  4. onto disused railway to Doxey, fourth muster
  5. Onto river through park to Civic Centre, fifth muster
  6. along river, at Riverway bridge, up stairs, cross road with care, right back to the club

Short Route is 6.6 miles

  1. right into River Way, right into Weston Road, right into Tixall Road, first muster at Wolseley Road (start long route)
  2. take footpath to Weston Road, cross at pedestrian crossing, down Beaconside to Sandon Road, second muster
  3. onto disused railway to Doxey, third muster
  4. Onto river through park to Civic Centre, fourth muster
  5. along river, at Riverway bridge, up stairs, cross road with care, right back to the club
