Route is 9.83 km (6.11 Miles)
- take the front entrance onto Riverway turn left and cross diagonally at the lights, take the road past KFC turn right at the first roundabout into Ranshaw Drive, right at the second roundabout and down the footpath into Salt Avenue, left right into Talbot Road, left on Wolverhampton Rd, muster at the pedestrian cross before Rowley Bank.
- cross and turn left, cross West Way at the lights, continue on the footpath parallel with the Wolverhampton Rd, turn right into John Amery Drive, at the post box turn right into Uplands Road, and left into Burton Manor Rd, muster at the Grammar School entrance
- cross the road into Barn Bank Lane, at the end of the lane turn left into Chain Lane, and left on Wolverhampton Rd and muster at the pedestrian crossing
- cross over, turn left towards town, turn right into Silkmore Lane (keep on the right-hand side), at the Meadows roundabout turn right and muster at the pedestrian crossing
- cross and turn left and right into the Meadows, at the roundabout and follow the ring road, turn right into Charterhouse Avenue, muster at the end of the road
- follow the footpath until the long bridge, turn left on the footpath back towards the club, right into Fairway and left back to the club via the football club road
