Progression Bank Holiday Route 1

Route is 5.91 miles (9.52 km)

  1. Starting from Costa’s on Queens Retail Park.
  2. Cross the A34 at lights, pass the Medows, pass Radford Bank Inn, muster at the Canal
  3. Down the steps to the tow path, left to Baswick Bridge
  4. across the new foot bridge to Tixal Road, right down Tixal Road to traffic lights near the Crem
  5. Left down Blackheath Lane, left on Weston Road to University roundabout.
  6. Down Weston Road, to traffic lights by the flats.
  7. left into Riverway, cross with CARE by the river Bridge, down the river into town, must at the first foot bridge (old one)
  8. cross the foot bridge, turn left under Queens Way, left onto the new foot path into the Oval, muster at LLoyds Bank traffic lights
  9. continue down the Lichfield Road, muster at lights by the Medows
  10. cross at the lights and back to Costa.
